Memories from friends

Created by Pam 3 years ago

I will always remember Martin for teaching me and the rest of the kids at Newton School all about bees, for rescuing my rabbit from down the side of your greenhouse after she escaped from her hutch and, of course, when he caught and released the green woodpecker from Mum's living room. I will always think of Martin as Newton Blossomville's very own David Attenborough. Kathryn.

Martin was a man of many qualities and talents. As a teacher, for me, he was a kind and patient mentor who helped me take my first hesitant steps as an educator. As a friend, he was open-hearted and welcoming as he introduced me to his lovely family, home and garden. Kathy S
