Very sorry to hear of Martin passing away.  Miles and years separated our lives but when we met at family events he was always quietly jolly and interesting to talk with.  And I have fond memories of an afternoon spent at the Little House years ago when we sat with Katie and had a delicious tea made by Pam and talked about bees and plants and country wisdom.  Have never forgotten him telling me that dead bees make your car smell!  A thoroughly nice gentleman.
